Trouble Shooting for  
Cannot Pair to the phone:
  • • Make sure the headset is charged. Battery may be low when you first purchase the headset.
  • • Ensure that the headset is in pairing mode.
  • • Be sure the headset is not plugged in to the charger while pairing.
  • • Ensure the phone’s Bluetooth is activated on your phone. (refer to Phone manual for how to turn on Bluetooth)
  • • Try to pair to another device to check if the head set is working.
LL-BT11 not visible on Bluetooth menu :
  • • Verify that headset is charged and is on pairing mode.
  • • Verify that the phone’s Bluetooth is activated on your phone. (refer to Phone manual for how to turn on Bluetooth)
  • • Ensure that the headset is in pairing mode.
  • • Be sure the headset is not plugged in to the charger.
  • • Try to find the headset LL-BT11 on other devices.
Headset not visible on phone after initial pairing (Auto-Pairing):
  • • Verify that headset is charged.
  • • Verify that the Bluetooth is activated on your phone. (refer to Phone manual for how to turn on Bluetooth)
  • • Should Auto Pairing is not functioning after 30 sec, delete the LL-BT11 head set from your phone’s Bluetooth list. (Refer to Phone manual for how to delete/forget Bluetooth device) and re-pair the headset.
Intermittent headset connectivity:
  • • Check that the headset is within 10 meters (30feet) from your phone.
  • • Ensure that the headset is charged. (If red LED flashes while usage, charging is required)
  • • Delete the LL-BT11 head set from your phone’s Bluetooth list. (refer to Phone manual for how to delete/forget Bluetooth device) and re-pair the head set and phone
Head set cannot be switched on:
  • • Make sure the headset is charged.
  • • Press the MFB for at least 5 sec.
Headset not charging:
  • • Connect headset to PC USB port, Should the red LED do not lit, switch to high power USB adaptor, i.e. your phone’s wall adaptor
Headset sound is low:
  • • Ensure that the headset is charged. (If red LED flashes while usage, charging is required)
  • • Increase the volume on your phone.
Receiver cannot hear my voice:
  • • Ensure the headset is charged.
  • • Ensure that the headset is paired with your phone. (Headset LED blue flash)
  • • Ensure that when picking up a phone call, choose the “LL-BT11” as your choice of conversation on your phone, or press the MFB on the headset when picking up a call.
Note: When troubleshooting, ensure that your phone or device has the latest software update from the manufacturer, as there may be fixes included on the latest update. For how to update your phone or device to the latest software, please refer to your owners manual.
